The prices shown on the website are general estimates for a 5 to 6 hour shift. Every family has different luggage—if you have fewer boxes, light arrangement work, or need help for just 2–3 hours, we happily reduce and adjust the price during our phone call.

Every standard booking gives you a full 5 to 6 hours of dedicated, unhurried work starting from your chosen time. Our helpers never rush or leave work mid-way. If your house has extra luggage and you want the team to continue beyond 6 hours, a simple, fixed overtime rate of ₹200 per hour per helper applies with your permission.

We never send random street labourers. Every helper in our team has their Government Photo ID, residential address, and mobile number verified in our secure database. Before the helpers arrive at your house, we share their Verified Profile Link (Name & Photo ID status) on your WhatsApp. They arrive in decent formal wear and work under your family's supervision.

For 100% peace of mind and zero disputes, we ask owners to keep cash, gold/jewellery, laptops, and intimate personal documents locked separately before work starts. Also, wall-mounted LED TVs, split ACs, RO water purifiers, and expensive glass chandeliers must be unmounted/installed by an authorized appliance technician. Our service focuses on dry dusting, unpacking, and organizing (excluding wet floor mopping, bathroom cleaning, or washing utensils).
